How to know who had reported an email as spam?

I was wondering if there was a way in Marketo where we could pull a list of names that had reported an email we had sent to them as spam. I understand that the Unsubscribe checkbox effectively captures these folks as well as everyone that had opted out. It would be helpful if we can pull only the spam complaints via a smart list filter.

Hey Peter!

You can approximate the list you're wanting to get with a Smart List:

Email Bounced is True, Activity within last X days
AND
Email Suspended Cause contains 550,554,block,OR spam.

It won't be dead-to-rights accurate, and it won't necessarily reflect that you got the spam complaint, just that your message didn't get delivered because of one made against the IP address used to send the message.

Marketo's Deliverability team can also help you if you suspect you have been blacklisted. But I would work on the list analysis Scott describes before you go to Marketo.
