How to know which version
Hi,
I have a doubt regarding "opens". We know how to get the value of how many opens the email. But how could we know that the person is opens HTML version or Text version.

Literal opens (in the Activity Log) do not exist for the text version, since text variants can't download the essential tracking pixel.
In an Email Perf Report, you'll see "synthetic" opens counted for anyone who clicks, regardless of whether they downloaded the pixel.
It's not possible to know who opened the text version but didn't follow the CTA.
