How to implement Marketo WordPress Plugin?

My company is currently redesigning our blog and we want a simple way to create a subscribe form on the blog that will log emails and send every subscriber each new blog as it's published. I know it's possible as I've read about it here Wordpess Plugin for Marketo – Marketo LaunchPoint but I just don't know how to begin to implement this plugin and start automating newsletter emails.

Also, where do I download this plugin, as a download link is not available on the above link? Thanks!
