How to Get Templates From Production To Sandbox

I'm setting up our Sandbox instance for training purposes. I'd like to import a few templates from production to sandbox. How can I do this?

  1. get the account string from Admin>Landing Pages from both instances
  2. Ask Support to connect the two
  3. enjoy.

    Thanks @Josh Hill​! Does it only work for landing pages? Or, will it work for email templates too?
