How to get link labels on Link Performance Report?

Hi there,
I've looked for this info everywhere and decided to ask. We find having to check each link manually on the link performance report to see where it goes, a bit tedious, so having the ability to view descriptive labels within the report itself would be a great time saver. Is there currently a way of doing this?

Hi Susi,

If you have multiple links in an email linking to the same page, you could append a url parameter to help track which link in the email they clicked.  Let's say you were linking to your homepage in the banner, in the main content area and in a CTA button of your email, you could use these 3 links:

http://homepage.com?banner
http://homepage.com?maincontent
http://homepage.com?cta

This will distinguish these as 3 separate links in a Link Performance report even though they link to the same page.  Not sure if this is exactly the answer you are looking for, but a good practice to implement either way.
