How to get Custom Objects?

Hi all,

When I try to call 'getCustomObjects', I have to set a required parameter named 'objTypeName'.
I get that its description is 'Name of the Custom Object'.
Where can I find the value of Custom Object name?
Is there an API returns the fields information of a Custom Object?

listMObjects should reurn a list of object types for you.

I'm not looking for name list of MObject but Custom Object.
