How to find Salesforce leads "not read by their owner" in Marketo ?

I’d like to send alerts to salespeople when they have not processed the leads quickly.

In our sales process, the lead is created and assigned to a sales manager. Then, he reassigns the lead to a sales rep in his team.

I see many leads « not read by the owner » in salesforce. (yes I know…..)

Is it possible to run a Marketo campaign to send reminders to the sales reps?


For example:


If the lead was reassigned 3 days ago
+ The lead is not read by its owner

>> So send an alert email


I don’t find the SFDC field « not read by the owner » in Marketo...

Could you not check if the Lead Owner is (still) the Sales Manager (meaning it hasn't been reassigned to anyone else), then send an alert email?

No problem wih the sales managers: they quicly assign the leads. But after that, they don't always follow up with their teams.

So the alerts are most for sales people (after the reassignment). Because they wait too long before opening their Leads and then it's too late to call the person back.

 

For the moment I will try with this smart list:

(with the names of Sales managers for "old owner")

...but it would be easier if we could find directly the Leads "not read by their owner"
