How to find leads deleted from SFDC, but not deleted from MKTO?

Can someone please suggest SmartList criteria to find leads that were deleted from SFDC, but not deleted from MKTO?  The challenge is that the MKTO field shows the SFDC Type = Lead and Marketo SFDC ID has a value in it.  However, when you try to find that Lead in SFDC, it doesn't exist.  I want to remove those leads from MKTO.

You can run a smartlist and apply the filter "SFDC is Deleted" is TRUE. This used to be a system smart list but it looks like you need to build it yourself now.
