We would like to include internal members (Sales/Mktg) in our engagement program launch but exclude them from the Engagement Dashboard. Can anyone help?

You could simply clone the program and run it in parallel.

If they are members of the Engagement, they will be on the Dashboard. There's no way to filter that out.

You can create smart lists that match Statuses and exclude internal people.

Creating a smart list excluding internatal people is what we do.

Michael B - Thank you, we are going to test this out and see if it will work for us.  I really appreciate your responce.

Michael V - Thankyou for your reply but the internal members would still show in the dashboard. We want to exclude the internal members from the dashboard results.

Another option is to have a specific stream in the program for internal people.  That can easily be cloned and then a smart list can ensure that internal employees go through that stream only.  They will still be in the agreggate view on the dashboard, but you can view individual streams as well on the dashboard.

Great advise. Thank you Cheryl.

Can multiple streams be viewed in one dashboard? If not - is this something that could be implemented in the future?

You can view an aggregate of all streams, or you can select a dashboard view of them individually.  What you cannot do is say, show me an aggregage of only Stream 1 and 2, but not Stream 3.

Thanks again Cheryl.
I was hoping we could exclude one stream which would be the stream that holds our intenals. What are the chances of implementing a stream exclusion feature? Too complex?

I would put them in a different program then.  The chances of implementing this is very low to be honest.
