How to exclude people who received a sales insight email through SFDC

Hello,

I am trying to exclude people who received an email from a sales director that did not use a marketo template. How can I go about this?

I tried creating a smart list using what I thought was the email ID but it only pulls one person with that. Any other work arounds?

can you show us the smart list you are trying?

If the person didn't use Marketo Sales Insight in some way, I'm not sure how this would work.

I was trying to use the sales email filter:

That would only pull one person. I ended up just using "was sent sales email" in past 10 days from x person. That worked but I'm still curious how others go about filtering a specific sales insight email that wasn't a template.
