How to exclude Members in Engagement program, but exclude active streams only

Hi there, this seems like a simple question but I'm going round and round with it.

I have a Smart List for a webinar, where I'd like to exclude members an engagement program, but only the active streams, not the empty (exit) streams.

Attached is a test list where I've included the 2 "not... engagement program" criteria - but both do not seem right.

I'd like to do a

Member of Smart List AND

NOT

Member of Engagement Program = A

Stream = B, C, D

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

What about using "Not Engagement Program Stream Changed Filter", see below:

This means that it should cut anyone who has been moved into your exit streams.

I hope that works, let me know.

Thanks so much for your help Gerard, I'd like to suppress folks in our active streams, but include folks in our exit streams.

Your suggestion would be:

Not Engagement Program Stream Changed <my program>

New Stream is not <my active streams>

When I ran a test, it returned over 200K records - which made me think it was returning records that have never entered an Engagement stream at all.

Unless I wasn't understanding it correctly?
