how to exclude email domains in database

How do I exclude email domains that already exist in our database? We have a smart list set up of all members of our databases, but how would we set up a list to exclude all domains in those lists or databases without manually entering thousands of domains

Can you use the 'email address' filter set with 'does not contain' '@domain.com'?

another option would be a smart list that is email address contains "baddmain.com" then you can exclude using the 'is not a member of X smart list.

That would still require you to manually enter every domain you want excluded though.  I'm having this same problem.
