How to exclude 5 members from a program reminder

We need to send a webinar reminder email, we already have the filters to exclude people who have registered.

But does anyone know how to also exclude particular email addresses from this reminder who haven't registered yet.

I think you add "Filled Out Form" filter to the reminder program.

Under filters > "email addresses" > "is not" > then the individual emaill addresses
