how to edit list subscription within a campaign?

So, I have a list and a smart list under a Marketing campaign.  I also set up subscriptions for both of them.  Now, I need to do some updates.  However, I can't find a way to view/edit the original subscription setting like if the list were created under the database.  Is there a way to view/edit my original subscription?

    It's on the top, Marketing Activities > one of the tabs is subscriptions

    Teresa,

    Lists do not have the subscription feature, but smart lists do. Navigate to "Marketing Activities" at the very top of the left navigation window and click to "Subscriptions" to view your smart list subscriptions.
