How to do account based marketing on AdWords?

I am not talking about retargeting and using lists of known prospects in our target accounts... Is there a way to focus PPC budget on showing ads to people who are in our named account list that have not visited our site?

I'd think that this is precisely what RTP and retargeting are for.

Adwords is only going to base itself on geo and keywords, right? How will it know that "coca-cola software" means that the person is FROM Coke? If there are other IP tools or city tools in AdWords, you might be able to get closer targeting, however, I doubt that you can target specific firms.

Josh, yes, we have RTP and we do retargeting already, but was hoping maybe there are technologies out there that could do maybe something like IP lookup when serving the ads...

Isn't this was Bizo (recently acquired by LinkedIn) does?
