How to delete an email template & it's shared folder?

Hi - is the email template being used by an email asset?

What's the error message you're getting when you try to delete it?

Nope, the email template hasn't been use in any email at all.

Hi Vicky,

Sorry for the simple question, but have you checked your admin level restrictions? You should be able to right click and delete if you are not using the templates in the folder.

Perhaps try to remove the contents of the folder individually before deleting the folder. If it is referenced by anything that reference needs to be deleted first. So any clones or links to that folder will prevent it from being deleted.

Vicky - are you using workspaces?  A shared folder must be unshared before it can be deleted.
