How to delete a tracking history, and how to stop tracking?

Hi there,

Could you kindly tell me how to delete a tracking history, and how to stop tracking?

What was happened is as follows...

A colleage accepted seminar resistration from LP. My colleage and the seminar attender are different person. But Marketo started to track my colleague. We don't need the tracking data of the colleague. That is why I want to delete the tracking history and change setting to stop tracking the colleague.

Please let me know if you need futher information.

Clear the cookie named `_mkto_trk` -- the Munchkin tracking cookie.

If you want to never track certain people you need to put some conditional logic in place to never run Munchkin.init() for those folks.

Do you mean clear the cookie from the person's web brouser?

Is that possible to clear the cookie from Marketo?

Is that possible to clear the tracking history from Marketo??

Hi,

This happens sometimes with my colleagues too. Make sure they don't fill out forms with other names ;-)

These colleagues should clear their cookies (or only the Marketo cookie).
