I want to create ChangeFieldInProgram in Marketo.
Please let me know the steps to create above activity In Marketo UI.

ChangeFieldInProgram is not an activity as such. It can not be created from the UI or through SOAP API.

It is used by the underlying application routines when campaigns are executed, such as values returned by an event provider.
