How to create Change Owner activity type.

Hi,

I have to create Change owner activity type in UI. I have followed the below link

But in result avtivity type generated is "Sync Lead to SFDC".
What are steps to create "Change Owner" activity type

Change Owner is defined as Flow step.

You find it in Smart Campaign - Flow - Salesforce. It is the fourth option.
