How to create and assign leads to specific group.

Hi,
I want to assign leads to specific group (e.g. group of 5 customer support representative) and i'm unable to find the way to create groups and assign leads to that group. Hopefully members of this group can help me to fix this problem.

Are using a CRM that you could create a queue in? We have queues setup in salesforce for our groups and we assign leads to those queues and the specific teams pick up the leads from there.

Yes, we are using a CRM but I would know is there any section available in marketo interface where we can create groups like sales group or support group and then assign that group to any specific form lead assignment section.

You will have to create queue in SFDC and then assign leads from MKTO to the queue. There is no way in MKTO to asisgn leads to a flow. If you want, you can create a flow with choices to assign a group of leads to each Sales rep individually from MKTO directly.
