How to create a form with multiple choices that lead to different follow-up questions

Hello,

I'm trying to create a form with multiple choices. Depending on the answer in this multiple choice, I'd like page 2 to be different. So if someone chooses choice A they get follow-up questions X,Y and Z, but if they choose choice B they get questions C, D and E.

Is there any way to do that?

Thank you for your help!

Yes you can do this with the Forms tool.

Highlight the field you want to make conditional and in the right hand pane there will be a option called visibility rules.

Click the Visibility rules link and configure what makes the field appear.
