How to create a "clear form" link

I saw Citrix is using a link above their forms in the case of when it is prepopulated with the details of someone else.

They use userId=guest -  could anyone please explain how this works?

Thank you Val,

after some testing with the javacript and jQuery code I have managed to make it work :-)

But Marketo really should consider to implement this in the Form builder - As an optional link above the form and as an opptional button next to the submit button.
