I was wondering if anyone has done this or if there is a way to add a calendar date picker to a web form?

You can implement the code on Marketo landing page by following the instructions given here. It works fine!

Jahel, You should be able to tie in a JavaScript-based date picker plugin to a field on your form. This one looks decent: http://www.eyecon.ro/datepicker/

This looks like it can work, and have tried it, but I think I missing a few steps.
Have you utilized this plugin, if so how did you implement this on the marketo landing page?
