How to copy some programs from prod to sandbox?

Hello,

we have created some programs in Prod that we need to amend. Before making changes we would like to test them in dev. When I open my Sandbox instance I don't see those programs. I'm assuming that synchronization between Prod and Sandbox has been done prior to the creation of those programs. Is it possible to easily copy somd selected programs from Prod to Sandbox?

So when you go to Import Program, you cannot see the Production instance as an option?

If so, please ask support to connect your instances, providing an admin user and the two systems' account strings.

    Also make sure any custom fields you reference in your form(s) have been created in both instances.
