How to collect data after someone filled out a form??

Is there a way we can download an excel file to see what filed have been submitted by leads?

Create a smart list with a "fill out form" filter. Tune the View to include the fields you need then export the smart list. You can also subscribe to the smart list so that you receive the export CSV file in your mailbox.
