How to close out a program

Is there a way to close out a program and automatically turn off all smart campaigns? 

What I am trying to accomplish is after a webcast is complete and I move it to the archive folder my pages are still live - so anyone can register for a webcast in the past. I didn't know if there was a way to do this automatically or if I have to manually go in and turn off the flow steps.

Any help would be appreciated!

Hi Nicole, we unapprove the landing pages, so that they can't fill out the form on a specific page. It sounds like that might work for this scenario as well?

Also, after 6 months (I believe) of no activity, Marketo will automatically turn off the campaign.
