You can create a Smart List for this, then add in Opened Email for the Open list and Clicked Link in Email for the Clicked list, then click the Leads tab in each to get the actual leads.
It's not possible to track unique opens in Marketo. The open even is recorded only once per lead per email and any subsequent opens are not recorded.
EDIT: I should also add that it is possible to see # total and unique link clicks in an Email via the Email Link Performance Report. RCE is not necessary to see this info.
Of course! The Email Performance Report will show you the Clickthrough rate (defined as a unique leads that clicked at least one link in the email / # leads that were delivered the email).
The Email Link Performance Report will show you Total Clicks, if you're interested in that.
