How to change the "From" name on automated administrative emails (new user invites)?

I am a new Marketo admin and am trying to invite users (other admins) to Marketo, however their invitation is getting caught in our anti-phishing protection. Our IT setup quarantines emails that appear to impersonate employees, and the Marketo invitation emails are coming from "Ben Fox <no-reply@marketo.com".

 

IT wants me to remove my name from those emails, but I can't figure it out. I went to Admin > Email, and changed the From Label, but that isn't doing it.

Change your name (temporarily) under "My Account".
