How to change Login-IDs

Hi,

My company is recently acquired by another company, and we've a new email domain. The old domain will not work after June 30, 2015. Our login-ids are following a nomenclature like firstname.lastname@OldCompany.com and I'd like to change the same to firstname.lastname@NewCompany.com. When I update the email-id under Admin section, it is not changing the login-id accordingly.

Can anyone please advise us on how to update the login-ids?

Hi Ajay

Unfortunately, we can not.

Your choice

- Still use same Login ID (Old domain). You can keep nation.marketo.com points.

- Create new login ID (New domain). You lost nation.marketo.com points.

In this year my company changed email address, I create an email alias but the others create new marketo login account.
