how to change gate to inventory in RCM

I could not get rid of the ('Known') Gate that follows the Anonymous stage.

I would like to get rid of it because lots of Leads are stuck at the 'Known' gate and I could not work out why I can't push them out.

Any suggestions?

Hi Peter,

The Known stage is a system-defined stage that can't be deleted.  If you changed the type to Gate, you can change it back to Inventory.  Please contact support@marketo.com if you run into any issues.  Thanks.
