How to capture the visit who fill out form from people outside of database

Hi All,

 

I have created a landing page with a form for people to fill out their details to request for demo.

I used this landing page on LinkedIN as CTA and i was advised that there were people who has filled out the form and I believe they are not on my database.

 

could you please advise me how can I capture these "Fill out form" information on my Marketo program? seems like" Fill out form" smart list is not showing these new entries come from outside of database?

Even if you are using Marketo form embedded in the Landing pages you will get the leads that are being captured there. Could you please share the criteria which you have applied to the smart list? If you click on the web page you can further modify it according to page. It will be difficult to answer without looking at the criteria.
