How to best send email to large list

When I have a prospect list that includes many people at the same company, I'd like to have my email sent a few at a time (ex. no more than 100 per day) to improve deliverability. Is there anyway to set up a campaign or program that will send to 100 leads on the list, wait some period of time and then send to another 100 leads until the list is complete?

If possible, I'd prefer not to have to set up each 100 in their own campaign.
