How to automate the pull for lead activity details ?

We need to get information about lead activity detail on events like sends,opens,clicks, unsubscribes, form fill out etc. on a weekly basis and share it with another in-house tool.

Is there an out-of-box report that can help achieve this or any any other mechanism that would help us achieve these results.

You can use the Email Performance Report to do this. But it will not have form fill outs or more data than email.

Analytics > Reports > Email Performance Report (clone this)

then modify the date ranges and setup a Schedule to go out weekly to the emails of your choice.

The other data may be possible with Lead reports or Landing Page reports.

Josh,

Thanks for your reply. Lead reports and Email performance report will only give us the numbers. We needed details around the lead attributes also not just the numbers for all the leads who opened, clicked, unsubscribed etc.

Hi Harjot,

Join the idea/discussion/debate on being able to subscribe to Smart Lists. This would give you the names rather than just numbers and you can customise the view on the smart list to show you the fields you are most interested in.
