How to auto-associate leads synced from Salesforce?

My web app is creating Leads in Salesforce using their SOAP API. Those leads are then synced to Marketo through the integration. I would like to associate the anonymous history of the customers. Is there some way to include the marketo cookie in the Salesforce lead so it's used by Marketo to automatically do the association?
