How to add multiple suppression lists for an email send?

My company will be transitioning to Marketo down the line. I have access to the platform and was wondering how to add multiple suppression lists for an email send. Would someone be able to provide steps on how to do so? Thanks for any help you can provide.

If you know how to add 1 (filter on Not Member of Smart List or Not Member of List) then you know how to add 2 (another filter, with an AND).
