How to add a weighted average to RCE as a new "calculated measure"

Trying to figure out how to write a formula to show weighted average for all the standard metrics related to email marketing in RCE using the "calculated measure" functionality.

Suggestions? Better ideas for how to do this without having to download to excel every time?
