how to add a lead from smart list to static list

Hi,

I have a smart list, based on few filters. I want to automatically add its leads to a static list.
Is there a way I can add every new lead in smart list to static list?

Hi Priyanka!

I think you can do this pretty easily. Create a smart campaign based off "Member of Smart List". Then, in the flow, you can have the action "Add to List".

Unfortunately you can't have a triggered "Member of Smart List" filter, only a batch campaign. So set it to run hourly, daily, weekly, or however often you need it updated.

    1. Create a Smart LIst


    Check to see if the are members on your smart list


    Move member to static list and maybe send you self an alert when the action happens



    As Phil said you will have to set Reoccurence to Daily

    Adding to Priyanka, how would I go about removing a Lead from a static list when they no longer are part of a Smart List?

    Can I ask what use case you have for doing this? It doesn't sound like the most efficient way of accomplishing things.

    Kristen -- Thank you for the speedy response! I am trying to create two static lists to share with a 3rd party integration, but I've found that using Segmentation would actually be a more efficient way to go about this.
