How to activate Google Analytics integration in Marketo

I am trying to activate Google Analytics in Marketo. Found a doucment which mentions the following steps

Activate GA integration in your RTP account (Account Settings). Under Account Settings -> Domain -> Analytics 
turn on the relevant Custom Variables and Events to append this data from RTP to Google Analytics

I could neither locate Account Settings nor Domain in Marketo. It would be great if anyone could walk me through Steps

This may depend on what version/edition of RTP you have and what access level you have (are you an admin). If in doubt reach out to support.

Thanks for the screenshot. Yes, I am a admin. I don't have "Account Setting" option the way it appears on the screenshot.
