You should be able to identify them creating a Smart list like:

  • "Member of Program/Send Smart list"
  • but "Not Was Sent email"

However, depending on how your audience is built, the above could also include people with invalid email addresses, unsubscribes etc. thus you want to filter these before pushing them into a "Send email" flow.

Bonjour Benjamin,

In fact, this smart list will not isolate the people who were not sent the email due to communication limits. It will provide you all leads to whom the email was not sent, whatever the reason (duplicates in the target, unsubscribes, blacklisted, email invalid, etc...)

There is no possibility to create a smart list with only the person who were blocked due to CLs.

Hi Diana,

This is not as straightforward as it should be. read My email was not sent: a troubleshooting guide

I believe there's an idea to improve comms limits for this issue.
