Question

How many people have received an email between X-Y dates?

I am wanting to run a report to show all those in our database who have received a Marketo email between June 2 and now. Would this be an email performance report that includes all emails and is within the given timeframe? When I include "Last Email Time" in the default view, it is mostly bringing up blanks. How do I see the timestamp that this report is referencing to pull up the qualified lead list?

Do you want a list of leads with a total count or a list of emails with a total count?
  • Smart List: Was Sent Email IS ANY between X and Y will give you total # of leads who got an email.
  • Email Performance Report: constrain by date of email sent and it will show total # of email sent between those dates.

Hey Josh -

Thanks for the reply. We have a list of all contacts that have opened an email within a certain date range, however, in our report view, we also need to see what date that contact received or opened the email.

We are exporting this information into excel and need to be able to pivot on the date.

Thanks!
Sarah
