How long does it take to synch new account and oppty created in SFDC to Marketo?

I created a new account in SalesForce and an Opportunity 2 days ago. I want to use the Marketo analyzer to track all the interesting moments. Unfortunately, the account nor the opportunity is NOT showing up in Marketo. Have you experienced this issue before? How long does it take to synch? (e.g. contacts between the 2 systems synch almost seamlessly). What do you do in this type of situation? (other than waiting for days)

Is there a Contact associated to the Account and/or Opp?

Marketo does not see Accts and Opps w/o a Contact record. Marketo thinks in Leads.

Thanks Josh. In this situation, the account has an opportunity, and within the opportunity I have contacts linked to the opportunity. In other opportunities - the same contacts (not leads) are showing up.

While the sync from SFDC to Marketo is usually very fast (10-15 minutes), the sync ftom Marketo to RCA is overnight. Of course, that doesn't rule out an issue with the data, but it does explain why RCA reports aren't instantaneous.
