How long does it take for RTP Segments to propagate?

So we have added a new Segment that we need to use. Only Leads with the 'Rules' are not showing up in the list. I was wondering if this is a propagation issue. Will it resolve itself over time. If so, how long? What experiences have other Marketo & RTP users had with this?

Not very long. It took me less than 2 hours.

I suppose its down to the size of the DB too! Got the first match after 1 hour. 2 more within 3 hours. Total number of matches is expected to be around 200.
