How long do send alerts take?

I'm using the flow step send alert in a campaign I've used before - sending them to myself - and been testing it all morning but not received any alerts. How long can they take to get sent? 3 hours seems completely excessive but should I just keep waiting?

Check notifications and the campaign Results tab to see if it went out. Maybe your trigger isn't working as intended.
Check Spam boxes.
Try other email addresses or Lead Owner.

Did you put a comma between any emails?

If you can't find anything obvious, then call Support because they can see the detail.
