How is the User ID identical for all the users ?

What are the identical user id parameters for a user.
I have created 3 users from my account but all have same SOAP endpoint, User ID, and Encryption Key.
Is there any Unique parameters.

Hi Rupali,

There is only one SOAP User ID and Encryption Key per Marketo account, it is not unique per user.

So what then is the point of different roles having the potential to be Read Only or Read/Write in the "Access API" section? It looks like you can give users different API permissions, but this doesn't actually do anything - if all users have the same User ID and Encryption Key, the Marketo Admin has the same SOAP API permissions as the restricted, "API only" user.
