How is the Unsubscribe statistic calculated on an Email Performance report?

If you are not utilizing Marketo's standard Unsubscribe page, do you lose tracking of Unsubscribes in the Email Performance reports?

I'm only seeing 0's.

You can also look at the outbound campaign and click on the email tab to see the number of unsubscribes and unsubscribe rate. I also create certain suppression lists for certain campaigns and anyone who unsubscribes to that particular campaign I add to that list.  I'm able to track the number of unsubscribers that way too.

If you are not using the standard unsubscribe field then the numbers will be zero.  Did you build a subscription management center?
