Hi Karly,

Could you explain your question a little more, or how you're trying to use random sample?

Are you trying to use Random Sample to do a series of tasks? E.g. 10% of leads Send Email A1, wait a day, Same 10% Send Email A2?

We are using random sample (50/50) in a campaign to email a group. We have two different emails being sent. If we use the same campaign everytime, is it sending to the same people?

Running the campaign with the same people a second (or more) time would wind up with different samples. It's like a new roll of the dice each time.

If you're wanting to maintain the same sample, I would use choices on the "Add to List" flow action to create your samples in a separate smart campaign, only allowing a lead to run through once. Then you can use "Member of List" in your Smart Campaign that sends the emails.
