How does Marketo Sales Engage's unsubscribe work?

When looking at the unsubscribe page for Marketo Sales Engage, there's three options: unsubscribe from sales emails, unsubscribe from marketing emails, and unsubscribe from all. When unsubscribe from all is clicked, Unsubscribe/Email Opt Out is set as true in Marketo/SFDC, but what are the other two? How do they work and are they recorded anywhere?

Did you check the Admin>Field Mgmt?

Let me add some commentary around this.

I'm specifically talking about the unsubscribe link that generates on Marketo Sales Engage emails (e.g., toutapp.com/dont-bug-me/ ) that takes visitors to this prebuilt landing page:

Clicking on "All emails" changes EmailOptOut to true in Salesforce (and then syncs down into Marketo—I'd really prefer this to be fixed at some point to check for a Marketo email and give a MSE-related reason on the data value change) but I'm having a hard time understanding what exactly the other two fields do.
