How does Marketo calculate engagement score? It the score is based on clicks, does the score tell you more about the email than the content it delivers?

Hi Stephen,

How the engagement score is calculated differs if you are using programs or emails within the engagement streams.

If you are using emails, the score is calculated on opens, clicks, and unsubscribes.  For programs, it's based on program membership and successes

    It is an index based on what Val noted across ALL Marketo instances' data.
