How do you track MSI/Sales Insight usage and overall success?

Hi all - We've recently added a ton of MSI seats and are looking to track usage to show value on our added investment to our board.  However Marketo support is telling us there is absolutely no way to track sales usage and has shown little interest in coming up with a solution for us.  How have you managed to track sales usage and engagement with MSI? Thank you!

You can use the Sales Insight Perf report to get an idea of adoption.

You can get feedback from Sales.

Hi Josh - The sales insight performance report is pretty minimal and I'm hoping for usage of all components of the tool, not just email.  I want to know that it is being used, by whom, how frequently (or not) without having to interview our entire sales team.  Any suggestions for that?  Thank you.

not unless your SFDC Admin can do that.

I would love to get these stats too! I tried a while ago to no avail.  This should be addressed as it helps justify the need for the plugin.  I recently showed the full functionality of MSI to Sales and the first question I got asked was how can we make sure are staff are using it.  Some Marketo licenses have hefty charges on a per user basis so you should be able to measure its effectiveness.

Adding as an idea!

Thanks for creating an idea, Gerard!  And I couldn't agree with you more...

Hi Lauren,

I just created an idea.  I couldn't find another one the same so hopefully I haven't duplicated a previous one.
