How do you track DQ'd lead status progression in SFDC and Marketo?

We are trying to track how many leads are disqualified from campaigns in SFDC. However, when a lead is disqualified, it is more so of a snapshot in time before it is reset. We can see the current stage it is at, but how do we see the history of it? i.e. it went to Qualified, Recycled, Disqualified etc.

Would a date/time stamp field work?

I create a campaign so that when anyone hits a certain stage, they're put into a static list. 

Create a static list: Campaign XYZ Disqualified Leads, for instance

Create a smart campaign: 

Smart List:
  • Member of Program = XYZ
  • Data Value Change  
    • Atrribute: Lifecycle Stage
      • Constraint: New Value = Disqualified
Flow
  • Add to List: Campaign XYZ Disqualified leads

That's a good idea!

You can also see a history if you have an analytics package like RCE or Tableau.
